Hugh Laurie

I'm watching house at the moment and I'm looking at Hugh Laurie's hair. I've seen the pics of him in england with a bald head and am wondering how he gets his hair to look so natural on TV. Do you think he's wearing a wig.. or a hair system like hair club? It looks very natural.. What do you guys think?

Wow, I was just thinking about this.

I doubt it's a hair piece. In this latest season there are some instances where you can see a bit of scalp. I believe it's just carefully styled hair with a ton of product. I've been looking for an article or blog or something by a stylest who conceals men's thinning hair for movies/tv, but I've had no luck.

Definitely. I think if I hadn't seen the pictures of him with a bald head, I wouldn't notice, and maybe thats why it looks unnatural.

I think Dr. House is smug and arrogant (he is a doctor, after all), not necessarily Hugh Laurie.

The one I posted was in some British tabloid... Can't remember which one. My guess is they camp outside their house (or flat, as you guys call it) and wait for the dude to come out without his piece on.

Hmm, I dont think it would have been quite like that. He's not exactly Britney Spears.
Probably just some random pap was in his neighbourhood and got lucky. Or just a member of the public with a cameraphone recognised him and sold it to the tabloids.
Laurie looks like he was just popping out to get a early morning pint of milk or something.

Hugh Laurie has appeareds on talk shows (Letterman, Leno, etc.) sans concealer with his baldness displayed in all it's glory. I don't think he gives a sh*t and only covers up for "House" and perhaps specials like the Emmy's.
