I find it fascinating when I see someone who was once aggressively balding now with a great head of hair, or at least the appearance of a great head of hair.
Below are the before and after pictures, must be fibres/concealer right? If not, what are your opinions on how he achieved this? Also, the bottom picture that I've circled very formally is what leads me to believe it's concealer.
