Huge skin peeling after microneedling and heavy massage

From the moment i started microneedling with 12 pins at 1.2 mm two or three days after my entire scalp will peel
has anyone experienced such things ?

I get some flaking when I go a litlle too far but no peeling like that.

My question is this- do you people use your topical(s) on the same day you microneedle?

No I don’t just put black seed oil

I peeled and had like anti inflammation for weeks... maybe I went overboard

do you follow the follica protocol ? i am interested in knowing why i never had skin peeling with dermarolling 1.5 and i am having one with derma pen 1.1 mm

I've had that a few times mostly early on. Like gigantic flakes several cm in diameter.

do you use a derma pen ? It’s funny because I be never had this with dermaroller
