Hows my hairloss ?

Just wanted get your opinion on my hairloss, and how early did I catch it ?

Ive been using Nizoral + Rogaine + finasteride for a few months so I havent noticed/expected much of a difference yet.

I dont have any balding on the crown, although im pretty clearly balding much faster in one thick spot on my front left side

thoughts?

To me it looks like you're thinning in a Norwood 3A pattern. Even with the poor picture quality, you can still see that you're hair is pretty thick in the back but thin just about everywhere up front. Thinning in the central forelock is a dead giveaway of the "A" pattern. Somewhere around 10% of men follow the "A" variant on the Norwood scale. There's good news and bad news about this. Bad news, you may be able to thicken up what you have a little bit, but doubtful you'll get it back to near baseline because frontal hair loss seems to be more stubborn to the big 3. There aren't a whole lot of medium length hairstyles that you can use to conceal your losses either. Good news, "A" patterned hair loss is less likely to turn into Norwood 6 or 7 than the others. AND, this is a biggie, "A" patterned men make excellent candidates for transplants because you have a butt load of hair in the back that can be moved up front without issue.
