Hey guys, I'm new on here, but I'm not new to hairloss...I've had a receding hairline since I was about 20, I'm almost 25 now.
I shaved my head about a year ago, but I'm still applying Rogaine Foam, with pretty good results (for my temples)
Now to my question:
I realize that I sleep pretty much right in the areas of my temples where I have hairloss. It may just be a coincidence, and I know that I'm already genetically predisposed to losing my hair, but do you think that this may have an affect on my receded temples? Or perhaps it may reduce the efficiency of the Minoxidil treatment?
My problem is that I cannot go to sleep if I'm laying flat on my back....I've tried for a while now, but I always have to turn to the side, and to really get to sleep, I kind of have to dig my forehead and pretty much the temple area into the pillow.
How about guys with hairloss in the crown area? Any of you sleep flat on your back, with the back of your head in the pillow?
I'm trying to see if there is a pattern here....thanks!
