I'll give it a go, though it's just my opinion.

Proxiphen (if $$ is no issue, you can't go wrong. 4 different types of growth stimulant and an antiandrogen)
Minoxidil with retin-a (its significantly more effective, but there's risk for systematic sides)
Minoxidil
Folligen cp's, Tricomin cp's (I don't know which is better)
spironolactone cream (aren't lotion/liquid the same thing?)
Revivogen scalp therapy (just price more than anything, it could work well)
spironolactone liquid (spironolactone in a liquid isn't effective, as opposed to a cream, according to a study)
xandrox 5% with retin-a, xandrox15 (I put these down the bottom because they are no improvement on minoxidil or minoxidil with retin-a)

felk, there was no study that said dr lee's cream works and the liquid does not.

two completely different vehicles were tested. we just think the cream is better because of semantics. I think it is very important to note that Dr Lee's liquid has PPG, as did the cream that worked in that study, whereas the liquid in the study did not have any PPG.

Actually, I'm not sure if Lee lists the ingredients to the liquid. But if the liquid is white, then probably not even Lee can get pure spironolactone.

BTW, my gallon of PPG just arrived. It was nice to show off at a party.
