how well does propecia work for younger dudes?

im 18 soon and about to start propecia, i got a bald spot about the size of a 1p coin, my right hairline is receding quite bad and my hair overall is quite diffuse thinning.

does propecia + nizoral generally work well for younger people? im hoping to maintain for as long as i can and maybe even improve my current hair situation lol

i heard propecia doesnt work that well for people with aggressive hairloss at a young age, or it works but not for long

I'm 23 and about to start propecia as well. From what i hear on these boards and from people who take it...the earlier the better as long as your doctor says its ok.
