How to use the 5% spironolactone cream?

I bought the Spironolactone 5% Topical Cream from wholesalehairproducts.com, but it doesn't come with any guide on how to use it. How much am I supposed to use on each application? Do I apply it before or after Rogaine? Or do I need to apply Rogaine and spironolactone on different times of day or something? Anything else I need to know?
