How to tell if it's legit gyno or if i'm just getting fat?

My diet has been crap lately, so it may well be that. Is there any way to tell for sure? Gyno forums are loaded with finasteride cases and I'm worried because I can't afford surgery. I have been on 1.25 finasteride for one month.

To find out you have Gyno:

1. See a doctor

2. Use Google

3.Post pictures on forums and await responses.

If you have only been on finasteride for a month I would just get off of it and start working out and see if you can get rid of your chest fat. One month isn't too long of an investment of time so just drop finasteride and make sure you don't have gyno. When you make sure you don't have it then start taking it again.

the glanial tissue surrounding the nipple will feel rubbery rather then have fat tissue. It wont feel squishy, rather rubberish when you squeeze it.

a small gland will start to develop underneath the nipple, the same thing you had when you hit puberty as a teenager.



I had gyno before due to steroids, and had it removed. decided to not use an AI during PCT, and while my hormones were out of wack, the estrogen rebounded, and I developed the gland, and over time it'll get bigger.
