so i have been on finasteride for about 5 1/2 months. my hair feels healthier and less limp and appears to be maintaining or perhaps is slightly thicker.
however, when i look at some of the hairs that i shed in the shower or just when i rub my hair at my desk i notice that the hairs are thinner at the roots than at the tips. this should be the other way around if my hair is actually thicker. does this mean my hair is still thinning or is it possible that a majority of the hairs i shed are the "leftover" hairs from my thinning period?
