Guys, I'm going to take finasteride for the 1st time
I'm wondering what's the best way to take finasteride gradually without experiencing side effects
Should I start taking it each other day?
And what's the best dosage to start with? I'm 18 years old
And that's my hair situation

There is no way currently. Whatever method you use now, microdosing, EOD, once a week,topical... Finasteride that will work for your scalp will cause side effects. Maybe you can handle them, maybe not.

There are several graphs around that show, for example, that .10mg/day leads to about half of the DHT inhibition as 1mg/day.

It's reasonably likely that reducing the amount of hormone manipulation would lessen or eliminate sides. This could be the same for the effectiveness of the medication.
