How to split Teva finasteride??? (Walmart generic Proscar)

Does anyone use the Teva generic finasteride? It appears to be ALOT smaller than a pill of propecia.
and there is no way that I can cut this thing up into 1/4's without slicing my finger off (its not round so a 4 way pill splitter will not work) the whole pill is about 5mm wide. I MIGHT be able to cut it into thirds. Should I try splitting it in half and taking it every other day?

it it the longer ones? when i used that stuff i used to still use my pill cutter, it allowed to cut smaller and larger pills (had a v-shape holding area, if that makes sense). anyway, look for a better pill cutter if yours won't accommodate (they run for about a few bucks last i checked).
