The camera captures the exact moment the balding man feels his stomach sink and wonders 'how bad will that pic look?'.

Rushing to the photographer, he asks if he can see that photo. He smiles and comments on how the lighting is good and everyone looks happy. In fact, he's just analyzing his bad hair: he looks like a failure personified. All that effort that morning, for nothing.

He thanks the photographer and excuses himself: he has to go to the bathroom.
He looks in the mirror and adjusts his hair. 'Maybe this looks better'; goes out and gets back to the meeting.

I know Nickelback is not a band that everyone loves (I don't) but I feel for this guy. Especially because he reminds me that you don't have to go completely bald for your hair to become your weak spot. You just need to lose a inch per temple and there go your chances of looking cool and dandy, forever.
