how to regain orgasms after hairloss regimen destroyed them

So i was on a pretty extreme regimen of dutasteride,200mg spironolactone, 10mg oral min and for a bit 2mg estradiol. I decided to cut everything back months ago and now just use 1mg finasteride, dermaroll and topical min. However my orgasms are still pretty much non existent even after being off it all for ages. I think it was induced by the spironolactone i took for years. I was wondering if anyone had any hints on how to repair whatever damage i have done and get some strength back to my orgasms, if i can't regain at least a tiny bit of pleasure then so be it, but it would be nice to have a recovery. Any thoughts or opinions on anything i can use that might help repair the damage?

Hey, so i ordered 50 25mg proviron, should i take 25mg twice a day for a month? If that doesn't help ill just need to come to terms with weak orgasms, my own fault anyway.
