How do you get like 0.5mg out of a 1mg tab? i do have a pill cutter so is it like half a tab?

Also would it definitely be that dosage? or would it always be uneven if you cut it?

Just cut it in half. I'm currently taking .5mg, I just bite mine in half, too lazy to use pill cutters. Just take the other half the next day.
