How To Prevent Gyno From Finistride

I have started finistride 0.5 mg about a month ago and now i am having chest irritation puffy nipples and other symptoms of gyno. also the shedding period is started which is a sign that the drug is working as per the forum. i dont want to drop the drug but at the same time dont want to get gyno. so is there any way to prevent it from happening.
i am a skinny guy. 23 year old never drink alcohol. height 170 cm mass 57 Kg.

Theres no good or safe way to stop it. Aromatase inhibitors, ie anastrozole and letrozole, will stop and sometimes letrozole will even reverse it if recently aquired, but at the cost of truly horrible side effects plus you would have to monitor your estrogen levels very closely. Estrogen deprivation therapy is done only in older females where the only alternative is progressing cancer and certain death, only then does the benefit outweight the sides.

Start saving for a trip to thailand and gyno surgery there, nothing else you can do.
