how to make miconazole and nizoral formula???

hi... i got miconazole cream amd nizoral cream and i want to mix them and aplly 3 times a week...can i take hot water and put the nizoral and mico cream and mix and that it????
and after it what rest...can i use it the rest of the week...or wvery day i need to make new formula..?

Why not just Miconazole in the morning, Nizoral in the afternoon?

Why not just Miconazole in the morning, Nizoral in the afternoon? If you're going to use those 2, I'd also recommend throwing spironolactone in the mix.

im also on the big 3....its just an addition...and im not want too much topicals...its sucks
