minoxidil for 3 years, finasteride for 10 months. 25 y/o

I hopped on finasteride when i noticed crown was thinning and it has restored it. However, hairline corners have thinned/receeded (one more so from the other). I know it has slowed down/maybe stopped the corners, but one is pretty bad and I really don't know if it will get worse or stay.

When my hair is longer, i can move it around and style it to cover it up, but if it's short you can tell that side has receeded.

How long do i wait on finasteride? Should i have a consultation now? I have had no sides from finasteride and im ok staying on it but since im only 25, i really have no clue how much worse the one side can get :(

Even if i get work done on that corner, i dont know if it will continue to move back where it left off which would look awful

Depends on your situation really. What Norwood are you? I assume you are pretty low Norwood since you can cover it up? You are probably good to go man especially since you are on finasteride/minoxidil. Start by sending your pictures to some good surgeons through e-mail and see how they respond?

Would be nice if you can post a picture.

You need to be sure you're definitely maintaining, or at least slowed the recession to a snail's pace, before you consider a hair transplant.
