How to improve erections

Want to improve your erections? Some useful tips:

a) PDE-5 inhibitors (v****, Cialis, Levitra)

Cialis is probably the best of the lot. It is safer than v**** and lasts much longer.

b) Penis ring

It is simple, discreet and very effective: you just put one of these at the base of penis (before the erection) and that's it. Blood enters the penis and it doesn't come out. Simple, isn't it?

c) Healthy diet

This will do wonders for your sex life. No sugar, no saturated fat, no alcohol, no drugs, no coffee.

d) Vitamin E

A recent study has shown that vitamin E can improve the efficacy of PDE-5 inhibitors: http://www.urotoday.com/index.php?optio ... id=2220413

e) Oral phentolamine (Vasomax, Vigamed)

Phentolamine controls the erection process through the body's sympathetic system allowing blood to flow into the penis to form an erection. Unfortunately, these pills are not available in the US and Europe, but you can buy them in Brazil or order them here: http://www.vasomaxclinic.com/.

f) Trazodone, yohimbe

Trazodone is an anxiety drug that also improves erections; it can be very helpful in cases of sexual performance anxiety. There are studies that show that it can be used sinergestically with a natural supplement called yohimbe.

Any other tips?

Most of the sexual dysfunctionalities for men around our age is probably stress, psychological, or health related. In other words, rather than taking pills to cure it, we should be taking preventive action.

If you have psychological issues, work out what they are or seek help.

Stress is the very obvious one. Our generation is really stressed, and that has health consequences. It's a cliche but "I have a headache", "I'm tired", "I'm not in the mood", etc are the most common excuses used to not have sex. For most people it's hard to be in the mood after a long and stressful day, although sex is the best way of releasing tension  .

You want my tips for improving sexual performance???

1. Aerobic exercises: This will help your stamina in the bedroom. At the end of the day the whole erection is blood, so we need our heart to be able to pump all that blood.
2. Resistance Training: Increases testosterone.
3. Do your Kegel exercises: I have tried those, and I observed a small difference. We should be fit enough not to need those, but there is no harm in doing them anyway.
4. Relax and be happy :woot:
5. Don't take finasteride

It's perfectly safe, as long as you don't use it for more than 30 minutes. It has to be a bit tight though, or it won't work.

Thanks for posting, Ali.

ED is a health problem and when you have a health problem you take a medicine to treat it. There's nothing more natural than that.

Psychology has very little ot nothing to do with ED. That used to be the doctors' way out of this ('it's all in the head, blah blah blah), but v**** changed all that. If you suffer from stress or the infamous sexual performance anxiety, a therapist won't do sh** for you. There are drugs that can be very helpful - e.g. an alpha blocker such as phentolamine mesylate that will block the negative effects of adrenaline on your erections.

Actually, no. I'm a Virgo, so I'm constantly looking for ways to improve myself. Improving my sex life and fighting male pattern baldness are two ways to do it.

:woot: Actually, you should jerk off a couple of hours before you meet her, because it will make you last longer.

I never said ED wasn't a health problem. But what I am saying is that WE do NOT have ED, and we aren't talking about ED here. We are strictly talking about improving. We may not perform as well as the next guy, but there are more natural ways of improving and v**** is NOT one of them.

I don't think many women would be happy that their partners require v**** to get excited. Women are emotional, and giving their men excitement/erection is half the sex for them, you can't take that away from your partner. I certainly wouldn't be happy if my partner required a female sex pill to reach an orgasm.

I'm young enough to never have had sexual problems, but if I did, I would be looking at natural ways of improving before popping the pill... That's just me.

Absolutely.

You're right, but the beauty of v****, Cialis or Vasomax is that our women don't have to know.

I've found that cutting back on choking the chicken, limiting/stopping all p**rn view, and having little to no sexual fantasies help (like stop for a month and then come back). Although it hasn't help my hair :gay2:

Interesting. I don't use herbal supplements, but I've heard great things about them.

if you're already horny and only last 5 minutes (hense want to last longer in bed) pop 100mg of Tramadol or 60-100MG of Codeine (or any other opiate.)
100mg of Citalopram does the job too. Seriously, I could go for hours.

Interesting, I didn't know that. An alpha-blocker (e.g. Vigamed) will also improve ejaculation and make you last longer, because it blocks sympathetic activity. I never had any ejaculation problems but I've noticed that I can last much, much longer after taking Vigamed.
