How to get a prescription for Generic 5mg finasteride at Wal-Mart

I came across a website called kooldocs.com that said they can do it for $100.
I don't mind the $100, but will Wal-Mart accept prescriptions in this fashion?

Does anyone know of another way to get a prescription? I tried going to my doctor, and then a dermatologist, they wouldn't do it. They did however take my money.
