I don't go out in the sun and I still got wrinkles on the back of my neck, though I caught them early. Now I know why I have them. When slouch in my chair and then have to bend my head back to have it level at the screen, my neck bends to make a crease. When I sit up straight, the crease goes away. So, don't slouch, keep your head and body up straight, and you won't get wrinkles on the back of your neck.

The ones on the front of my neck are probably from lying down with a big pillow or couch arm under the back of my head.

don't get old... seriously, i mean i guess you could put on an spf 20 sun block on daily, but you are going to get wrinkles regardless, i believe that the body stops making keratin in the skin after 18 or so

I have forehead wrinkles, 3 tiny ones. They don't bother me.

my horizonal forhead wrinkles don't bother usually, unless i've been squinting a lot and they get pronounced for a while. the vertical ones between my eyebrows bother me, though. But wrinkles on the back of the neck are much less commone, and usually only older people have them.

I also found i hunch my back and neck when I sleep on my side, and twist it when I sleep on my belly. So I need to sleep on my back to reduce those. Then I tend to hunch on the toilet too.

I think people under 18 naturally don't get wrinkles. But people over 18 can reduce the formation of wrinkles if they are aware of the position of their skin throughout the day and always have good posture.

One good reason for me to care about wrinkles is almost all the women on campus are 17-22. I'm almost 27, and am trying to blend in a bit so they don't think I'm too old. So I'm trying not to get too wrinkly just yet. Maybe after college when I'm around other 30 year olds, I'll blend in better.

CSS to avoid wrinkles you need a good fruit diet. Try to fill your stomach with apples, grapes and pearls.

how about using copper peptides on your wrinkles?
doesn't it encourage skin regeneration?

I guess I'll continue eating lots of oats every day.

How expensive is the stuff? We might only need to use 0.1%.
