Don't have pics at the moment, but I'm losing my hair
Some background: I'm almost 25, 1st noticied the loss at 17 (so thankfully it's decently slow). Used 5% rogaine 1x every day from 17->22 then stopped. In the last year or so, the loss has really picked up. I wouldn't put myself on the Norwood scale, rather the whole top of my head where someone normally would go bald is just slowly thinning all together ("diffuse" I've seen it called). Right now it's on the border of other people not noticing it/noticing it...and I'd like to either keep it that way or improve it. My question is I don't know how to do it. I'm not a millionaire, but let's assume I have some money to throw at this...
1st, no propecia. I tried it for a month a little whiles back and got ED from it that lasted for another month after I stopped. Not fun. This was with 1mg...the only way I'd try it again is if maybe I could try a 1/4 tablet (will this have any theraputic value?).
For starters, 5% minoxidil two times a day, nizoral every 3rd day, and revivogen shampoo (when I'm not using nizoral) is a given. I have this stuff and am ready to use it. Again, assuming I have some money to throw at this, would could I throw in to that mix? I was looking at revivogen liquid and spironolactone, but idk how I'd rub those 2 into my head + minoxidil...seems like too much? I'll do whatever it takes though, I like the hair
