How Tight Do You Have Your Hair Systems?

What is everyone's technique during a rebond? Do you guys stretch the unit and roll it down the head? I find if I stretch it, its uncomfortable. However, if I dont stretch at all, it kind of feels like the unit is too loose. What are you guys doing?

It should be tight enough that there are no gaps, folds or creases (unless you have a pre-made system that might not be a 100% fit), but not too tight that you get a headache.
