How SAFE is dutasteride really?

Do we have any studies at ALL showing long-term safety of dutasteride? As I get older (34) I worry more and more about the long-term damage of oral 5ar inhibitors especially since I may try and start a family soon.

FYI, the dry skin effect from dutasteride concerns me a bit as well.

A long term study of Duta's safety in young people (under 40) is not avaible...
Finasteride shows a large profile of security.
Exist a population with a genetic deficit of alpha 5 reductase type 2...
