How often to use Nizoral and how long to leave on for?

Yeah. the bottle says 3-5 mins. I think longer wudnt hurt. Nizoral is quite harsh shampoo so twice a week i use it. I have only just restarted though!

3-6 times a week, though usually 3x. And 3-10 minutes, usually 5. i use the 1%, and it feels great.

I worry that maybe I'm removing all my scalp oil, but I don't feel any dryness, so I guess not. My scalp feels good after every shampooing.

I've seen if for sale online. It was $20 plus shipping for 6oz. I got the body shop stuff $10 for 250ml, free shipping with 6. So that is why I did not get the T/Gel PO. Just google T/Gel Greasy. Takes a little searching, but it is there.
