How often do you (knowingly) see people with hair transplants IRL?

The other day I think I saw my first hair transplant irl (not a great one, pretty thin and pluggy-looking). Occasionally I look at a person's hairline (well I always look at everyone's hairline these days lol) and think "hmm is that a transplant?" but without being conclusive.

So how often do you knowingly see hair transplants in the wild?

I see them alot and a good majority just ended up shaving their heads or wearing a buzz cut. There was this guy I knew for years and never knew he had a hair transplant until one day I noticed his scar because he is diffusing and he cut his hair real short. I never asked him about it because I know he had one. Overall it's held up fairly good but he may not be on any hair loss medications. He is losing more in his non transplanted areas.
