how not to overuse medicated shampoos?

hi,
My hair has been thinning for a while, I am Norwood 2-3.
I want to use this shampoo combo:

Nizoral
T/Gel or T/Sal
Infusium 23 + conditioner
L'Oreal Vive for Men

1. How to use them so it wont be an overkill?

2. If I want to use a volumizer, do I need a buildup remover once in a while. If yes - which?

3. Isn't Infusium a buildup remover?

Start off slowly would be my advice. Just remember that medicated shampoos are more of an adjunct to a solid regimen. Use Nizoral 2-3 times a week. Use a decent shampoo and conditioner on the other days.

Stay away from some of the cheaper shampoos. You'll know which ones. They smell heavily of perfume and/or feel like a heavy detergent on the scalp.
I feel that switching from cheap shampoos and conditioners to the salon quality stuff has had a big effect on my hair. That and using a conditioner every day.

I would personally go for baby shampoo. Less chemicals.

how about using those shampoos...i mean how often can I use T-Gel and what is a good buildup remover?
