How Necessary Is Nizoral Really? I Understand That Keto Can Help But Are There Alternatives?

It just dries out my hair way too much to use, even with conditioner. I get that the Keto is helpful but my hair just can't handle that harsh filler they put in it for antifungal reasons like hydrochloric acid. I am thinking of trying some of those other Keto shampoos but almost all of them have to be ordered online and can be pricey. Should I try to ride out Nizoral? And if the reason to use it is to also reduce inflammation and sebum how well would stuff like Head and Shoulders work as an alternative? I am also using Minoxidil 5% twice a day and Finasteride 1mg every day, btw.

Buy "Regenepure dr shampoo" thats what I did it has aloe vera or something...either way its the best anti hairloss shampoo known to mankind. The regular ketoconazole shampoos are harsh indeed, it did more damage to my hair than help so i switched to Regenepure, I recommend them to everybody give it a try yourself. My shampoo lasted me about 5 months now somehow and I washed my hair with it every other day once. First i apply a regular shampoo to wash out the dirt and give the regenepure shampoo after the ability to foam way easier then I massage it in and let it sit with all its foam covering my hair for about 5 minutes. Then wash it all out with somewhat cold water. Feels nice, fresh and relaxed and gives my hair a good shine combined with minoxidil and finasteride. I made good progress with all three mentioned.

I dropped Nizoral years back because it made my hair look and feel like sh*t... and I also thought that it couldn't possibly add much benefit on top of minoxidil and either finasteride or Dutas... perhaps I'm wrong and should give it another go....?
