About $7/8,000 US. The more trustworthy surgeons advertise their price lists on their websites. The bigger the procedure the lower the cost per graft.

Only you can make the choice by looking at pics of their work and talking to them and their patients. Each Dr has their own way of doing things. Its up to you to research thouroughly and not rush into anything. But living in the USA puts you in a good position as there are many of the best there and in nearby Canada.
