How Much Vitamins Per Day? Help Me Please!
Unless you have a specific vitamin deficiency, vitamins won't help you regrow any hair. I don't think you have any deficiencies but incase your paranoid I would get a blood test done (for peace of mind - i guess)..
Most people get more than they need from 5 fruit & vegetables a day so vitamins arn't needed. I view taking vitamin supplements as life insurance...
Taking them won't do any harm - you don't need to know how much of each you need thats what multivitamins are for. You should be able to get multivitamins from any supermarket/shop.
If your looking for real hair loss treatments that do work I would suggest googling the big 3. That's what we currently have and it's a good start.

Probably because he doesn't exhibit any clinical signs of deficiency and like most physicians they don't practice preventive health.

Start with two per day. That is about equal to 1000IU. But always check with your doctor and get blood tested.
I had blood test done and said my D-vitamin was very low and has been it for 2-3 years

What was the number, if I may ask? Test should report Vit D as 25 hydroxy
My doctor said it should be from 50-80 ish and mine was around 25 in the beginning

Does DHT go overpower for a while after stopping Finasteride? Due to hormone imbalance
what do you think about Regenepure DR Hair Loss Shampoo for Hair?
And do you have any clue what will happen if you stop using the shampoo?
