How much Propecia effects DHT and what rises dht?

Really. My hair has been thinning. I been using Propecia 3-4 month and have no results. I don´t even see baby hair. I drink a lot green and black tea that should also lower DHT.
Since i started using Propecia, i have no side effects at all. I wake up every morning and i have like erection or wet underwear. I feel like i wanna sex with some girl.
I mean im 21 year old. Having erection rises dht? having sex mind and stuff like that also rises dht? I scare that when i using Propecia it lowers dht but my morning erection rises dht and in the end, there is no results.

Yes. Doctor wrote this out. Its made by MSD company. I mean even on tablet there is Propecia logo. This is original.

Doctors does not know nothing about Dutasteride. Not even sure if this is even in my country.
It says: Merck Sharp & Dohme
I may mark picture later.
Doctor told me to use this 1 year and then come back with results. So far i used like 4 month and no results.
