How much of Rogaine foam to use at front? Any risks to it?

The instructions day half a capfull, but they are just talking about the back of the head. How much should one use if I am to do the front as well?

I dont want to use too much overall.

Also since they dont mention the front of the head in the instructions, is that because there are risks to it?

Frankly I use like 1/4 or 1/5 a cap only for both my temples.

A can last like 3 months for me lol.

It's been 9 months and I can definitly see results. I'm not sure if the quantity has any importance, what's most important is your use of it on the long long term.

Half a cup full is a load of crap. Its just a guide and it really depends on how much hair you want to grow. The more you use the more hair it grows. But as a result of this the side effects can be very severe like, a heart attack for example. The moment you get dizzy from Rogaine foam you know your using to much. It lowers your blood pressure to ridiculous levels. Thats why the company says half a capful. They are siding on the extreme side of caution to save there own asses from law suits if something happens. For me one can of Rogaine foam lasts exactly 20 days. But certainly not more.
