How much nizoral a week?

Hi all, was wondering how much nizoral I should use a week? I mean should I stick to the directions on the bottle and leaflet or should I use it differently if i'm using regaine?

I just use as much as it takes to get a lather and that depends how long your hair is usually. Three times a week is enough. Nizoral cleans your scalp enabling better penetration of Minoxidil.

yes. it's a great shampoo if you have certain scalp problems. my scalp feels really good and healthy afterwards. i use it about three times a week.
