How much minoxidil foam do you apply ?

English is not my best language, so just want to be sure of one thing..... Just receive the foam yesterday and it says on the flyer that come with it to apply half full cap per application.... how do you measure this ?

You could put the cap in your palm, and then apply the foam on your fingers, beside the cap. This way you can measure more or less the right amount of foam.

Or, fill the cap halfway with the foam and apply small amounts by dipping your finger into the cap.

Also, rinse your hands with cold water and dry them before applying the foam to your hand. This way it will take more time for the foam to melt.

Size of cap:
Rogaine foam is 2.11oz = 62.4ml
62.4ml / 60 applications = 1.04ml (half a capful) x 2 = 2.08ml (0.07oz)

I don´t know, but I’ll check if the cap is really 2ml.

I’ll put half a capful of foam and let it melt, and then I’ll measure the volume.
