The picture with the hairband was taken in august 2018.
The rest are from last night. Is my hairline getting worse?
What norwood is this?

Not by much, if any. However you have some miniaturization on the hair line. Get on treatments to save your hair.

What kind of treatments? Should I start taking care of my diet and generally taking care of my hair like oiling, massaging,etc? I'm not sure if I should get on finasteride or anything

I would go for ket 2% and observe - or if you feel like you need to do more, then finasteride 1 mg + ket 2%; But I'd stay away from minoxidil...

Then go for ketoconazole 2 % - it is just a shampoo but has locally anti-androgen characteristics; Apply it to your hair and wait 10m, then wash it out; In Germany you don't need a prescription but I guess in the US you unfortunately need it for the 2% version;

Otherwise, it also exists as a cream but since you still have lots of hair it is probably hard to apply

You have miniaturisation. It’s up to you if you want to treat it but unfortunately anything another than finasteride or at very least a topical AA (even topical finasteride) won’t do anything.

Natural treatments are a waste of $. No one treats cancer with natural treatments.

If you want to keep your hair, you have to get on anti-androgens. Other than that, there is none.

The thing about hair loss is that it is natural, fighting it is unnatural. Unfortunately, you’re fighting your body’s genetic programming, and to do so requires artificial hormone regulation that can only be accomplished pharmaceutically. With regards to slowing down hair loss, if you don’t bring the big guns there’s no point showing up. Right now, that means AR inhibitor or bust.

It’s not bad as of yet, but there is a lot of miniaturization across the entire hairline, which means it’s begun.

It's the only way. If you think there's going to be some mystical oil, natural remedy, you'll just be another norwood causality.
