How much DHT does dutasteride eventually block and how long does it take it to start blocking that amount? thanks

I believe 92% of DHT is blocked after 2 weeks. (It's a very fast medication)

and the first month steady-rate DHT concentration is 62%--

which eventually levels off to 92% steady-rate.
