How Many Times A Week To Take Dutasteride?

Been on dutasteride for 3-4 years, and was wondering if it would be okay to take it eod instead of ed? I seem to shed more when taking it eod, however I’m not even sure if that’s possible considering the half life of dutasteride? Or should I maybe take finasteride on the off days?

ive only been losing hair all year so i think i might just be a non-responder

Is there any possible way theoretically that I could be shedding more from taking it eod? Since the half life is so long?
