How many times a week do you wash your hair??

hiya guys, i was wondering is it recommended to wash your hair daily?

im going to purchase nizoral soon, so should i use that 1-2 times weekly? then other days wash my hair normally, and with what?

Well now i use to wash maybe 2-3 time per week. Other than than i just rinse with water while taking the shower in the morning.

Seems to me that i loose lot less hair when doing it that way.

I've washed it with regular shampoo almost every day over the last 5 years to get the minoxidil residue out, such frequency hasn't harmed it.

I'm not on the nizoral myself, but I think those that are typically use it 2 or 3 times a week. Somebody correct me if I'm wrong.

i wash my hair only on days i will have to wear a suit. so that works out to be once every 3-4 weeks. my scalp feels great now.

i wash every day and not only does it not hurt, but it has had a vast improvement on my scalp health and sebborhea dermatitus since. i used to shampoo like 3 days a week when my scalp was inflamed and horrible

I shampoo it almost everyday of the week, rotating between T/Gel, Nizoral, and some other moisturizing shampoos.

Sometimes I'll miss a day here and there, making it about 5x weekly.

Everyday for me unless I'm too busy and tired when I get home. I use the nizoral 2 times a week and then use either Emu Oil shampoo or Fructise shampoo (feels great on my scalp).

I wash my hair pretty much everyday. sh*t. Sometimes I'll wash it twice if I work out/go to the beach.

Washing your hair isn't causing you to go bald faster, unless you're have a allergic reaction to the shampoo/conditioner.

Just added tea tree oil shampoo (Jasons) to my shampoo rotation list.

I wash my hair twice a day, and can't imagine doing it any less except for a skipped night every now and then. However, in the mornings, I always use a very mild shampoo.

yeh i was told by my derm that you should wash it every day, my scalp has def got more healthy no doubt. but when i get nizoral i think im gonna do it 2-3 times a week then get mild shampoo for the other days.

can anyone suggest a good shampoo to use on the nizoral off days?
