shave your head right to the bone in the shower with a razor and shaving gel? I do this, but it never seems to get it short enough.. I can still see the black shadow there, even though its as smooth as a baby's ***..anyone ever tried waxing or epilators?

i shave my face in the shower... i have to, my skin is too sensitive to do it anyplace without the steaming hot water

Shave against the grain. It will last longer but there is a bigger chance of ingrown hair.

Yeah shaving against the grain is a very good idea. I do that often and it does get it shorter...just not quite short enough..dam my dark hair.
