Hm... we are all talking about how many hairs we would loss each day!

What should be the number of hairs we should regrow each day? (from stop to active growing)

Thanks

Wouldn't it logically follow that without male pattern baldness you regrow the same amount you lose? Thus keeping your net hair count at about the same level all the time?

Rule of thumb:

It is NOT about how many hairs you shed,
It is about how many hairs grow back, and how thick they grow back.

Non-male pattern baldness people shed too. The only difference between them and us is that their hairs regrow with little to no miniaturization effects from DHT.

Normal = 50 - 100 hairs shed per day

so

50 - 100 new hairs growing per day

if some one shed 100 to 150 so it is bad,it means you go bald in few years
or have to shed more than that.

I dont think that shedding 100 to 150 hairs a day is bad. People are different and some may even shed more without seeing the shitty effect that male pattern baldness is.

If you shed 100 to 150 hairs a day and grow 100 to 150 hairs day you will not go bald.

If you shed 100 to 150 hairs a day and grow less than 100 to 150 hairs day you will start to go bald.

If you shed more than 100 to 150 hairs a day and grow 100 to 150 hairs day you will start to go bald.

If you shed more than 100 to 150 hairs a day and grow less than 100 to 150 hairs day you are fucked.

as you all agreed,that propecia causes the hair to shed before it start working. so how many hair it sheds,what if some one already shedding before treatment,will he shed at same rate or expect to shed more?
