Background: I'm a mid 20's male who has always had a higher hairline than most. I noticed hair loss (only around the hairline and minor temples) after moderate use of hair relaxing chemicals; I've since stopped use. I've been using minoxidil (lipogaine), nizoral shampoo, and various vitamins; seems to have halted any loss and I've noticed some regrowth (terminal) around the hairline.
Transplant: I'm unhappy with my high hairline and I'm considering an FUE transplant to the hairline. My donor area is fine, no crown thinning etc.
I understand that that there are other factors beyond grafts alone... but I'd appreciate input on how many grafts I may need based on the images bellow? The hairline lowering is ~2 cm with some partially filled in areas.
