Not sure whether to just give up, I think a transplant (or a hair system but transplant is preferable) is my last option. I'm really pretty miserable.

Anyway, I was thinking Erdogan within 1 year, need some time to save up the money because I imagine it's going to be between 10 - 15k euros.

You could do 2500 to 3000 grafts for a new hairline and go on finasteride to see how it progresses. I wouldn't do a mega session on the first hair transplant.
