get a rough estimate by remembering its around 40 grafts per sq/cm then the doctor might put 1 follicle hairs in front to make it look more natural. youll get more then 1cm at the temples. Id place a bet for around 1200-1300 grafts, maybe more, depending on your overall head size.

Lowering by 1cm is about 1200 grafts. Temples maybe 400 more. You can do it.
