How long is miniaturized hair retained?

Without meds how will miniaturized hairs stay until they totally disappear.

I m looking at my hairline right now and there are tons of short thin miniaturized hairs all over where my hairline used to originally start at. Its almost like all the hair is still right there just thin and short. How long until these miniaturized hairs disappear and leave the area totally balled?


Is there anyway to make these hairs grow thick again? If all the small hairs grew thick I d actually have my original hairline.
