How Long Does Rogaine Continue To Work For

I've been taking Propecia for about 2 years now I'd say, started taking Rogaine Foam 5% about 6 months ago with good results. How long does Rogaine take to get it's peak level. I noticed really good results after about 4 months now.

Also I know this isn't in the right section and I don't want to sound stupid but what's the difference between
"finasteride" and "Propecia" and some of the other stuff, would it be smart for me be on both or be on "finasteride" instead. I had good results from Propecia after about a year at least and it maintained since but didn't gain anymore till I went on the foam.

Thanks.

People say about 2 yearsish but I think it just depends on if your 'hair can be revived' or not.

Using finasteride and Min is the best combination you can use to fight male pattern baldness, adding Nizoral won't hurt either.

Yeah I caught my hair pretty early, it wasn't like a big bald patch, more like gradually thinning. But I think if I never got on Propecia I would have been in bad shape now.

Is finasteride that much different then Propecia?would it be wise to take Propecia and finasteride with the Rogaine? Also does finasteride have the same side affects as Propecia. Sorry that I'm asking a lot of questions about things that could be asked in the other sections.

finasteride is shorthand for Finasteride, our friend in this hair-loss battle. Propecia & Finpecia contain 1 mg of finasteride; Proscar & Fincar contain 5 mg of finasteride, allowing them to be quartered by the user in order to save money.

In other words, stick with what you're taking/using - unless cutting up Proscar tablets into 4 (or 5) works out cheaper for you than Propecia.
