How long does hair take to roughly grow out?

I'm back to trying hair systems but I shaved my head at the beginning of Aug 2021.
It's currently only looking buzzed like 1cm long.
My donor hair seems to take an incredibly long time to grow out. Which is annoying as f*** to say the least.

Anything to speed up the process? I want to get a colour match at least from the colour ring I bought from SuperHairPieces.
Overwise it's a gamble and maybe I can get away with an undercut style in the meantime. However a dense hair piece with an undercut style will look fake as f***.

In general, XY keratin and hair grow slightly faster than XX hair and nails but female hair appears to have much longer anagen and perhaps fingernails work like that. All I know is my nails always chipped or broke and now they grow and grow and grow so I cut them. In general XX hair and XY hair grow about 1/2 inch or a bit more than 2 cm per month. Yours might be faster or slower but if you don't let it grow, then you are merely guessing.

What a question...
1 cm = 1 month.
It is told since Nero builds Rome. Maybe before.
Maybe you can eat something or put something on your heat which increases the speed by 1,01 cm = 1 month. Give it a try

One potential option, although not perfect, is to dig through all your photo's. Find some really clear high quality ones, as many as you can and use them to colour match to your hair wheel. Sure, it won't be perfect (lighting, your monitor/printer may change the colour slightly) but it is either wait for it to grow out or guess.

And if you are going to guess then give yourself the best chance by matching it to pictures rather than matching it to your memory of what your hair colour is.

Do the company offer a full returns policy - if so, you can probably whittle it down to 2 colours, buy both, and send the wrong one back.
