How Long Can You Safely Take A Break From Propecia

hey guys sorry to bother you, but i am in a really bad period right now .
I have to take a break from propecia because of gyno formation .

I have to take at least 1 month break , but after 2 years of daily intake that is harsh . I know that serum dht take 2 week to come back ( 10 days for me last years ) , i hope this will not create a crazy shedding , or catch up hairloss .

IMO even if you shed a lot of hair when you stop peopecia then you regain it in six months / one year when you restart because your follicles do not die at once. From what I read, follicles are irrecuperable when they have been dormant for more than - say - 20-30 months.

the thing that i don't achieve to understand i why i got more gyno with 5 mg than 1 mg . Because i took a blood test after 5 month on 5 mg and my dht and oestrogen was almost the same as 1 year ago .

So i am really afraid of the fact that maybe i had some gyno developping even while on 1 mg propecia , and it was cause by the long term depletion of dht and my sensitivity to oestrogen and low dht , and the fact that i couldnt take propecia anymore without risking gyno?
