I don't think you can "maintain" minoxidil regrowth in the sense that I know you mean. It will last as long as the balding process will let it.

Yep, and the balding process hates you... and your attempts to fight back only anger it.

Or... you could search for: "offset of growth" with the author set to "Bryan". He used to frequent this site sometime back, wrote the odd interesting/informative post along the way.
