How Long Before Im Bald? Diffuse Nw6

I am 21 and already half bald in a NW6 pattern. I wasnt aware of it since a few months have been lurking since months but want more opinions.

Been taking finasteride 0.5 mg since 4 months and noticed this crap since october

My hair is really fucked up,i think i have DUPA as today i wanted to get a 1/2 inch buzzcut wich failed miserably because the back of my head was way denser than sides and top. Had to cut it no guard again,pictures with flash and the ones from 2018 are after no guard shave

This sh*t is devastating no one in my family was in this condition at my age

To the average onlooker you would look fine. Stick with finasteride and don't worry about it.

When i trimmed very short the back of my head last week it was ok but when i tried to buzz the sides yesterday it wasnt even close its ridicolous it seems my entire top and sides is affected by MBP as there is lower density

Aditionally the diffuse is not even i have different density all over my scalp cant even get a damn haircut anymore its bald or letting it grow out,either way it looks like sh*t

It also looks im greying or some sh*t since i see white or transparent hair in this photo

My guess would be if u didnt use finasteride prob 2-3 years. Id take obesecats advice and get married early.
