How long after starting does finastride usually reach maximum growth potential?

I m curious since I started the drug 6 months ago and beside a couple of strands of hair which have made a full recovery, I have only gotten increased peach fuzz density on my temple corners and it still hasn't made any real cosmetic difference.

Can I actually expect more improvement in the coming months or is this it?

Between 6-12 months people see the best results so hang in there.

Most people will peak at around 18months.

I'd say 1-2 years for full results

I was diffuse NW5-6. Had good improvement in other regions starting at about 6 months. At about 1 year now the other areas are looking really good although still improving.
Temples are much slower and lagging behind. I had peach fuzz in 2-3 months but only now after 1 year the temples are at a stage my other areas were in 6 months, i.e. having some pigmented and longer hair although still v thin. I am expecting the temples to take twice as long so should look good in total 2 years.
So I would agree with other posters, it is 1-2 years. Other areas 1 year and temples 2 years. This for having a result that is significant enough that it changes your hairline. Gains will keep coming after that in terms of density.
